Shipping Policy

Processing and dispatch

We ship pan-India. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of placement. Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day.

Shipping fees

All prepaid orders ship free. Cash on delivery orders attract a flat fee calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of your order confirmation, write to [email protected] with your order number.

Courier partners

April Orign uses third-party courier partners for delivery. While we take care in packaging every order, we have limited control over the logistics chain once dispatched. If your order arrives damaged, refer to our returns policy.
