Returns and Refunds
No returns on coffee
Coffee is a perishable, food-grade product. We do not accept returns. Once a bag leaves our hands, its storage, handling, and environment are outside our control. Accepting it back would compromise the integrity we hold every lot to.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged in transit or is incorrect (wrong lot, wrong grind, missing item), write to us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
Flavour preference
We do not offer refunds on the basis of flavour preference. Specialty coffee is complex and occasionally surprising. If you are unsure about a lot, write to us before ordering and we will help you choose.
